Post workout selfie!!!

Totally not feeling the workout but a week and 15 dozen cookies later it’s time to get back to action. After traveling, holidays, etc it felt good to be back. With limited hours the next two days I was glad I was here, despite day 3 of this headache!!

Elliptical: 25 minutes on level 8 (250 calories) 5 minute cool down on level 1 (46 calories) total time of 28:52.
Leg press: resistance 150, 3 sets of 10
Leg extensions: resistance 50, 3 sets of 10
Leg curl: resistance 50, 3 sets of 10
Incline sit-up: 20

Work workout: 19 squats, 14 sit-ups, 9 push-ups

Tomorrow we are fully back into the swing of things!!
