Tonight was hands down perfect running weather! It was 59 outside and not too windy but had a bit of a breeze, I couldn’t have asked for a better run. I decided to kind of just run and see how far my random route took me. I ran 3.2 miles in 28:57. My first mile started off at 8:53 and I think I slowed down a bit from there. Still a few pacing issues. In the end it wound up being 9:03 a mile.
My goal is 6 miles this weekend. 2 Saturday and 4 Sunday.
I also continued on my abs challenge. Two more days!!!

-20 lunges
