Mommy's Day Off

A day off work means morning workout! I hit my goal of coming three times during the week (plus Sunday!)

Rockin out to: upbeat holiday playlist (Elmo’s Christmas somehow got on there though… Whoops)
Sportin: Tshirt and jockey capris

Elliptical: 30 minutes, back to my normal routine
Leg press: resistance 90, 5 sets of 10
Leg extension: resistance 50. 5 sets of 10
Ab crunch: resistance 50, 5 sets of 10

Off to a weekend full of holiday food 🙂
